- An annual rail-safety plan, with safety objectives, KPIs and SPIs
- Periodic monitoring of your SMS, its risks and its control measures
- Analysis of incidents, trends and points for improvement
- Guidance through MOC and CSM REA processes
- A quarterly Safety Management report, discussion included
- Preparation of the management review and input for the annual rail-safety report
