Company and access passes off your hands entirely, from request and verification through to production, issue and management.
Issuing passes sounds simple, but it takes a watertight process: establishing identity, checking requirements, producing the card, handing it over and withdrawing it in time. OBV runs that process end to end for your own staff and your subcontractors, so you always know who carries a pass on behalf of your organisation.

Digitally through RailSysteem, by your own organisation or by your subcontractors.

You decide who signs off; permissions are set per role.

Identity and competences are checked against your requirements: certificates, qualifications and e-learning.

Produce
An approved and verified request goes straight through to production, and nothing is re-typed along the way. Usually ready within one working day.

Issue
The pass is sent out by post.

Expiry monitoring, replacement when a pass is lost, and immediate blocking or withdrawal when someone leaves.

Your pass, your layout
The layout is yours: where the photo sits, which fields appear, and where your brand colour goes. The back is printed too, for terms, a code or emergency details. Every pass is produced at the same standard card size.

Identity verification for principals
If you work with subcontractors, obligations apply around verifying and recording the identity of their staff, under the Dutch Foreign Nationals Employment Act (Wet arbeid vreemdelingen) among others. OBV carries out those checks for you and keeps the records: as part of pass issuing, or as a service on its own.
Competence verification
Your organisation sets requirements for its staff and its subcontractors. OBV builds those requirements into the request process: we check submitted certificates and qualifications, or host your e-learning, tied automatically to the approval step. So only those who demonstrably meet the bar get a pass.
