OBV Training Centre
Courses, refresher instruction and simulator training for the rail sector, taught by instructors who work in the field.
OBV Training Centre is OBV Group’s training institute, recognised since 2021 by the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) for the fully qualified train driver course. Alongside it we run a range of courses, training sessions and refresher instruction. You are welcome at our centre in ’s-Hertogenbosch, and we come to your location as well, anywhere in the Netherlands and beyond.
We work with qualified rail professionals who have years of hands-on experience. Our site in ’s-Hertogenbosch has spacious, professional training rooms, and we run simulator training on our CORYS Compact simulator, the most widely used in the Dutch rail sector.

Part of OBV Group
OBV Training Centre does not stand on its own. We are part of OBV Group, with 20 years of experience in the rail sector. Our instructors teach from the Rule Book that OBV has maintained since 2006, and our course material follows current legislation and regulation, secured by our own Legal Desk.

The train driver, shunter and wagon inspector courses can be combined into a single continuous learning path, with the dangerous goods module added if you want it. New staff are then trained in one track and come out broadly deployable. Get in touch to talk through the options.
